Scissors Wheel

40 x 30 cm

oil paint and beeswax on canvas

2026

The painting of scissors is part of a series of works that Fábio Menino has been producing thinking about everyday issues, social, political and economic issues that the objects around us can carry. The artist seeks to think about the symbolic charge that the objects of our daily life can carry and also seeks to think about formal issues in relation to these objects, trying to find what these objects can talk to the very language of the painting.
