When the second sun arrives/a comet in your eyes (from the series of storyboards) integrates Janaina Wagner‘s research around the trans-Amazonian highway BR-230, mega-project started in the 1970s that transformed ecosystems, ways of life and territories. In the work, the arrival of a second sun interrupts this temporality of devastation, disordering time and space. Engraved in copper, the image operates between storyboard and autonomous work. It was shown on the individual A Comet in Your Eyes, at the Sursock Museum, Lebanon.
