Imperial portfolio with letters of condolences to Empress Maria Anna of Savoy on the occasion of the death of Ferdinand I Imperador do Sacro Império Romaano Germânico (SIRG), também conhecido como Sua Magestade Apostólica (1793-1875). Fine black velvet portfolio richly adorned in silver with rosettes and bearing the imperial Royal Arms of the House of Habsburg, signed Ant. Eberl (Prague). Four fine calligraphic manuscripts (except for one partially printed on cardboard), written in German and Italian, dated Reichenberg July 1875. Documents signed by several eminent personages of Liberec (town in Bohemia, Czech Republic). The documents are a tribute given by a Czech political party (Katholish- Politischen Casinos) to Maria Anna of Savoy born Princess of Sardinia Italy (1803-1884), Empress of Austria, Queen of Hungary, Bohemia, Lombardy and Venetia. Maria Anna died in Prague in 1884 and she is buried next to Ferdinand I in the Imperial Crypt in Vienna. Size: 43 x 32 cm. Encadernação com as Armas da Austria na cor azul.
