In attempt, the representation of industrial gears makes up a structure that seeks to operate between the technical organization and the dysfunction. Oil painting displaces the image of the gears of its instrumental function, subjecting its forms to distortions that bring the machinery closer to an unstable anatomy. The work thus seeks to evoke a continuous attempt at operation, in which the promise of precision gives way to deviation and failure.
