So Far, So Close

40 x 30 cm

oil on canvas and wood

2023

A dark curve suggests an enlarged sphere, contained on the screen. Above it, a circle crosses the edge of the support, while a smaller sphere casts shadow on the wall. Differences in scale suggest depth planes and a displacement narrative. The composition makes suggestions for landscape and celestial bodies coexist with the concrete presence of objects.
