granite kilimanjaro (pa 1)
2026
Produced in Kilimanjaro stone, the work translates into matter the idea of a river and its flow. Its shapes refer to the movement of water and symbolize pathway, connection and transformation.
The title Veredas evokes paths and possibilities, bringing the work closer to the poetic universe of Guimarães Rosa. The apparently static stone becomes a metaphor for a continuous flow and the possibility of new paths.
