The work "Romance é Romar" is part of the group of paintings on a smaller scale, conceived as windows or poetic refuges. Each piece works as a potential fragment of a larger painting, evoking the idea of a puzzle, or as its own synthesis. They act as an invitation to memory, contemplation and reconfiguration of space, provoking the look and the body to imagine the pictorial gesture expanding beyond the edges of the screen and projecting itself virtually through the walls, as a projector of possibilities and illusions. The spectator is encouraged to rethink the place of painting as a space for personal experience, opening horizons for the interdisciplinary dialogue between art, nature, architecture and the activation of the sensible.
