From this, a traditional mold is made associated with sculpture techniques to finally generate this final materiality with the pigmented plaster.
Matter occupies a dominant role in the work of Felipe Seixas. is always in
situation of protagonism, which allows a direct perception of its properties.
arranged in space through basic and non-authorial forms, matter is often
contrasted with non-material elements.
For this, the artist uses materials such as concrete, steel and asphalt, together with lights and
Digital graphics - using projectors and monitors. The mixture of these elements leaves
evidence a relationship between the material and the immaterial, through the contrast between what is
physical and what is virtual.
